Led by our director, Vaughan Keenan, our team holds a wealth of knowledge in design, real estate and construction, we have the expertise to create unique, appealing spaces that are designed from the floor plan up to ensure the end result is focused on the flow and feel of your home.
Our highly skilled team of craftsmen, designers and builders are connected to a vast network of reputable contractors and suppliers. This long standing network allows us to provide value and a high-level of personalised service to our clients from start to finish of their project.

VAUGHAN KEENAN - Creative Director
As an accomplished real estate vendor and designer, buying, transforming and selling homes to discerning buyers for a profitable return has become Vaughan’s signature trademark.
With over 30 years of experience in property sales and development, Vaughan is considered an expert in his field. Beginning his career in real estate at 17 with Ray White in Brisbane, he progressed to open Ray White Newtown in Sydney and soon after purchased Ray White in Annandale.
By the year 2000, Vaughan was an industry leader and one of the first agents to introduce staging properties for sale. As a visionary, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, he was actively involved in enhancing properties for market. His passion for design and selling homes above market price was the secret to his success.
In 2004 after successfully selling his agency network in Sydney Vaughan relocated back to Brisbane accepting the role of Director for Christie Corporate. In his role, Vaughan was instrumental in building a portfolio of over a half a billion dollars in commercial, hospitality and residential property. During this period he developed his expertise designing and managing large-scale projects, which encompassed building, remodelling and renovating premium properties for resale.
Vaughan’s vast experience culminated in the launch of Grace and Keenan, Brisbane’s premier property marketing specialists together with Bespoke Design.

JODIE MILTON- Project Coordinator
Jodie Milton comes to Grace & Keenan with a wealth of experience both in the design and construction industry. Jodie has an excess of 14 years experience in the building and construction industry.
She has been working closely with luxury houses and has a keen eye for quality and finer details.
Jodie has personal experience with renovating and remodelling houses, and in the past several years, she has designed and renovated her own homes. One of her biggest skills is seeing the potential in homes and turning them into exquisite masterpieces. She is passionate about using her creativity in an industry that is forever changing.
Her industry knowledge is second to none, making her a valuable asset of Grace & Keenan Bespoke Design.
From coordinating projects to sourcing unique products for clients, she meets the specific needs of each clients that she works with.
Jodie lives and breathes building and construction. On a personal level, as a resident of inner city Brisbane Jodie and her partner, also in the building industry, have witnessed over the years how Brisbane’s construction and design industry has transformed and developed with the changing lifestyle needs of local residences.
